will this auto-upgrading vault-runner support multiple parallel vault clients? Or at least allowing multiple vault-runner to be run in parallel, one for each vault client? Many operators will run both a Kintsugi and Interlay vault client, and I happen to run multiple of each on the same machine. (different keyfile.json paths for each one)

Yes, it will allow this, as long as you use a separate folder for each network. Thinking about that, we should probably do something about this restriction..
